Each GenomeKey contains our proprietary browser, KnomeXplorer™. KnomeXplorer provides you with a window into your genes, along with a preliminary analysis of associations between your genetic variants and various health conditions, physical traits and other personal attributes. It is the first application to enable individuals to navigate through their genetic code and view the different types of variation present in their DNA, ranging from simple point mutations, to more complex changes that may be unique to their DNA.

KnomeXplorer was designed specifically to provide clients with an intuitive interface for exploration of their DNA. The application contains the results of the analysis of your genetic sequence. You can browse your DNA by clicking on specific chromosomes or zoom in to directly read the A's, C's, T's and G's that make up your individual genetic code. KnomeXplorer also enables you to examine variants in light of known disease and trait associations and link directly to relevant research in the scientific literature.

Once your genetic information has been decoded, you can receive personalized updates to the analysis, enabling you to remain current on the latest research and its implications for your DNA as it becomes available.
