We offer genetic sequencing, analysis and interpretation services to help you understand what your DNA can tell you about yourself. We consult with each client at the beginning of the process to explain our service in detail and to answer any questions. Each new client is also assigned a Knome representative who is responsible for helping you design your optimal plan. You are given the option to direct the focus of your DNA analysis. Some clients choose to limit the information they receive to certain conditions or areas of interest. Others request to have their analysis delivered in a customized format or in different languages.

You will be guided personally through every step of the process. You will never be asked to contact a customer service center, as your Knome contact is always available to provide regular updates and answer any questions or concerns. Once you have developed a project plan, individual analyses are crafted by our team of geneticists, bioinformaticians and clinicians to generate your customized reports. At the end of the process you are invited to review the results in person with Knome's team of scientists and clinicians. Our clients are encouraged to invite their personal physicians to participate in the process.
